Senior Technical Architect

RIOS is currently seeking senior technical architects with experience in large, complex projects across the corporate, commercial, and institutional sectors. You will work with teams from kickoff to delivery, developing design solutions and leading detailed design development and delivery of contract documents. You will work across silos with problem-solvers, innovators, and creative thinkers. And you will have excellent potential for career growth in a firm where the sky’s the limit.

Must Haves

Technical architecture positions require extensive experience in technical development of building systems and construction documents for complex projects in the corporate, commercial, and institutional sectors.

Criteria include:

  • A minimum of 8 to 10+ years of professional experience
  • Architectural registration in California
  • Knowledge and experience with QA/QC on complex projects
  • Professional degree (BArch and/or MArch) from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with Autocad, Revit, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
